Our Investigation Process First Contact We will discuss all aspects of the clients’ requirements with the client: 1. Obtain complete and accurate information on the needs of our client. 2. Obtain a profile of individuals or situations being investigated. Preliminary Investigation 1. We assemble our investigative team. 2. We decide upon the type of investigation or procedure required. Communication We will consult the client regarding information pertaining to the investigation: 1. Report any new findings to the client. 2. Request any further information required from the client in order to progress the investigation. Conclude Investigation 1. Document all findings. 2. Meet with the client to review all the findings. Investigation Summary We make sure the client has everything they need once the investigation is complete: 1. Written summary of the investigation furnished to the client. 2. Consult with the client’s attorney regarding any required courtroom testimony. 3. Request for client to provide a reference letter. |
